Suji kheer is a rich and creamy pudding of semolina (rava). It is basically prepared with semolina, milk, sugar, and nuts. This instant version of rava kheer is easy enough that anyone can make it with minimal effort.

- ½ cup semolina
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Heat the ghee in a thick-bottomed pan on medium heat.
Now add suji and roast it until aromatic or light golden.
When its gets golden, add milk and simmer it.
Simmer it until it has a thick consistency.
Now add sugar to it and cook until it dissolves.
When sugar mixes properly, add chopped nuts to it.
Mix well and turn off the flame.
Serve it warm with a garnish of your favorite nuts.
- Roast suji lightly on a low flame to prevent browning.
- Use full-fat milk for a creamy consistency.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low flame for best results.
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
