Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat the ghee in a cauldron or a pan.
  • Now lightly roast the oats until aromatic.
  • Pour milk into it, mix well.
  • Now add sugar and simmer until it dissolves.
  • Cook the oats until soft, and the sugar dissolves properly.
  • Now add chopped nuts and cardamom powder to it.
  • Mix very well and turn off the flame. If you cook for longer, it will thicken more.
  • Then serve it warm after lunch or dinner.
