½ cup oats 1½ cups milk ½ cup sugar 1 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp chopped nuts 1 tsp cardamom powder
Heat the ghee in a cauldron or a pan.
Now lightly roast the oats until aromatic.
Pour milk into it, mix well.
Now add sugar and simmer until it dissolves.
Cook the oats until soft, and the sugar dissolves properly.
Now add chopped nuts and cardamom powder to it.
Mix very well and turn off the flame. If you cook for longer, it will thicken more.
Then serve it warm after lunch or dinner.
