Cold Coffee Recipe Ready in 5 Minutes

With a creamy or frothy texture, this cold coffee recipe is made with instant coffee, sugar, milk, and ice cubes in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp warm water
  • chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix instant coffee in warm water to make a mixture.
  • Add that mixture to a blender jar with sugar.
  • Blend until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Now add ice cubes and chilled milk to that.
  • Blend again until it becomes smooth, frothy, and foamy.
  • When it achieves that consistency, pour it into a glass and garnish with chocolate syrup.

Notes

  • Always use chilled milk instead of room-temperature milk.
  • Blend the coffee until it becomes smooth and frothy.
  • Avoid adding too much ice, as it can dilute the flavour.
  • If you prefer a stronger coffee flavour, increase the instant coffee by 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.
  • For a creamy texture, add some whipped cream and some ice cream while blending.
