Veg roll recipe

I am the type of person who is never too lazy to cook something. If I feel hungry then I never prefer any fast food or cookies from the market. I made it within myself in my home. I feel any homemade dish is always a healthy one because I prepare it with fresh and good ingredients.

This veg roll is also the perfect and delicious dish at any time. But I always made it in the evening, which is my favorite time. Veg rolls are good to taste when prepared with the right ingredients.

There are many ways to prepare this veg roll recipe, but I made it simply. Sauce or chutney can be used in veg rolls. But I use only sauce in this.

Ingredients:-

Dough: Use wheat flour with hot water and knead it into soft and smooth dough. For making rolls, we need chapati.

Veggies: I use three vegetables here: carrot, cauliflower, and capsicum. More veggies like onion, cabbage, peas, beans, and corn can also be used for making this veg roll recipe.

Spices: I use only chaat masala powder here.

Sauce: I use tomato ketchup for making this roll. If you are making this for lunch boxes, then do not add any sauce. The sauce will make the rolls soggy.
