Make 4 to 5 equal round balls from the dough.
Then, dust some flour on the dough ball or rolling area.
Flatten the dough ball with your hands.
Roll it with the help of a rolling pin, and make a round chapati.
Heat a griddle on medium flame. When the griddle is hot enough, place the chapati in it.
After a few seconds, turn the chapati and spread some ghee on it.
Then flip it from the other side and add ghee on the other side, too. Press gently with a spatula and wait until the little brown bubbles form.
When the chapati has brown bubbles, then remove it.
Then, transfer the chapati to a plate.
Smear some sauce all around the roti to its edges with a spoon.
Then add some filling in the middle of the chapati.
Fold the sides of the chapati.
Then roll the chapati tightly so that it covers the stuffing properly. Roll the halve in a butter paper or foil paper.
