Paneer is a healthy ingredient for kids, adults, and old ones too. It helps to maintain calcium in the body. Because of this, I eat it two times a week, and now this is my favorite ingredient in my food items of mine. From raw paneer to gravy, I like all versions to eat. These panner sticks are the much-loved snack of my siblings. They ordered me anyday to prepare this, and they eat it with full love. If you have kids, they also like these paneer sticks for sure.
Shallow-frying is the best option here to make them more delicious and crispier. But if you want to do deep-frying, then go for it.
Ingredients
- Paneer- I used 250 gm paneer here, which is perefctly serves for 4 to 5 people. Vegan people can use tofu instead of this.
- Flour- Gram flour and rice flour are used to make batter. Rice flour helps to make them crispier. You can use corn flour and all-purpose flour instead of them.
- Spices- I used minimal spices here: turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. They are enough to make them delicious.
- Bread crumbs- They are necessary for coating the paneer sticks. You can use cornflakes instead of breadcrumbs.
- Oil- I used mustard oil here for frying, but you can use any neutral oil instead.
