Paneer fingers recipe is a quick and easy snack made without deep-frying. These paneer fingers are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them perfect for kids, evening snacks, or as a party starter.

- 250 gm paneer
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Cut the paneer in the long rectangular shape.
In a bowl take gramflour and rice flour with spices: garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and red chili powder.
Add water, mix well and make a smooth and thick batter.
Dip the paneer fingers into the batter.
Coat them with breadcrumbs well.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
Pour the coated fingers in heated oil.
Fry them from both sides till they are golden brown.
Serve them hot with ketchup and chutney.
