Paneer fingers recipe is a quick and easy snack made without deep-frying. These paneer fingers are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them perfect for kids, evening snacks, or as a party starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the paneer in the long rectangular shape.
  • In a bowl take gramflour and rice flour with spices: garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and red chili powder.
  • Add water, mix well and make a smooth and thick batter.
  • Dip the paneer fingers into the batter.
  • Coat them with breadcrumbs well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
  • Pour the coated fingers in heated oil.
  • Fry them from both sides till they are golden brown.
  • Serve them hot with ketchup and chutney.
