Chop all the vegetables evenly.
Rinse the broken wheat in clean water 2 to 3 times.
After rinsing, remove the excess water through a strainer.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker with cumin seeds.
When they start sizzling, add chopped onion to them. Saute till light golden.
Then add chopped tomatoes, and saute until soft.
Now add chopped vegetables and saute them for a minute.
After that, add broken wheat, water, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles. After that, cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes turn off the flame. Release the pressure naturally.
Open the lid, fluff gently, and serve.
