Veg Sandwich Recipe
The Veg sandwich recipe consists of slices of bread, mixed vegetables, and basic spices. A vegetable sandwich is a quick and delicious breakfast or evening snack dish.

- 6 slice of bread
- half cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp chaat masala powder
- salt to taste
- ghee for roasting
Firstly start with taking all the veggies. Peel and chop them into thin and small pieces.
Then add 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala powder, and salt to taste.
Add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream to it.
Mix all the ingredients well.
After that take two slices of bread. Add some cream with a spoon on both sides of the bread.
Then, take some veggie mixture and keep it on one side of the bread. You can place a veggie mixture on both sides, but I like it on one side.
When you place the veggie mixture close both the slices of bread.
Method 1 (cook on skillet)
Heat a skillet on low to medium heat and spread some ghee on it.
Then place the sandwich on it. Press gently pour ghee on all around the edges of it and toast it for a few minutes.
Flip it from the other side and pour ghee all around its edges.
After a few minutes flip it again. When the brown texture has come on the sandwich then remove it.
Method 2 (cook on toaster)
First, take a toaster( I use a stovetop toaster here). Pour ghee on all around the toaster.
Then place the sandwich on it.
After that close the toaster.
Place the toaster on the stovetop. Cook it a few minutes from one side on low to medium heat. Then flip it from the other side and toast few minutes. It takes 4 to 5 minutes to toast from both sides.
After that open the toaster and the sandwich is cooked. Then remove it.
- Use fresh veggies for this recipe. You can add or skip vegetables according to your taste.
- Use fresh cream to make a delicious sandwich.
