Til Ladoo | Sesame Ladoo
Til ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet that is widely eaten during Makar Sankranti and throughout the winter season. They are prepared with sesame seeds, peanuts, and jaggery.

- 1 cup sesame seeds (white, brown)
- ½ cup peanuts
- ¼ cup grated coconut
- 1 cup jaggery
- 2-4 tbsp ghee
Roast sesame seeds on medium heat until aomatic.
Peanuts also roast till brown and crunchy.
Then roast the dry coconut for few minutes.
Grind the jaggery in mixer grinder into a mixture.
Add roasted seeds and peanuts to it. Grind them together.
Add the jaggery mixture and dry coconut to it. Grind them too.
Add 2 tbsp ghee and grind again.
The mixture is ready grease your palms with ghee and shape ladoo.
