Suji Pakora Recipe - Instant Crispy and Crunchy Snack

- 1 cup rava/semolina
- ⅓ cup whisked curd
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- oil for frying
Take suji and curd in a mixing bowl.
Mix them well and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Now add onion, green chilli, and salt to it.
Mix all the ingredients well, and the batter is ready.
Heat oil in a kadai on medium heat.
When the oil is heated, add a small portion of the batter.
After a minute, turn to the other side and cook until golden.
When they are golden and crispy, remove and place on kitchen paper.
Now serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes for better texture.
- Adjust consistency by adding water gradually if needed.
- Finely chop the vegetables so they mix evenly into the batter.
- Fry the pakoras on a low to medium flame until crispy and evenly cooked.
- You can add a pinch of baking soda to get the fluffy pakoras, but it's optional.
- Mix fresh coriander leaves to enhance the flavour and freshness.
