Take flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil in a bowl or platter.
Mix all well and start adding water and knead it into a smooth and tight dough.
When the dough is kneaded, rest it for 20 minutes.
Peel and mash the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Add all spices and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients well, and the filling is ready.
Now make a dough ball from the rested dough.
Roll it into a small circle.
Then put a spoonful of filling in the center of the rolled circle.
Close the edges of the filling so that the filling covers properly.
Now roll it carefully again into a 3-to 4-inch circle.
Heat oil in a kadai over high heat.
When the oil is heated, drop the rolled circle into it.
Roast it from both sides by pressing with a slotted spoon until fluffy or a brown shade.
When it achieves a brown color, remove it and drop another one.
Serve it with pickle or butter.
