Shakarpara | Shankarpali Recipe
Shakarpara is a sweet fried snack that is mostly prepared on the occasion of Holi and Diwali. Without these, the festivals have no enjoyment. They are crispy, crackly, and sweet appetizers that consist of flour, sugar, and ghee.

- 1 cup  all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup wheat flour
 - 2-3 tbsp ghee
 - ½ cup refined sugar
 - ½ cup water
 - oil for frying
 
 
Take wheat flour and all purpose flour in a parat or a mixing bowl.
Add warm ghee in it and mix well so that the ghee coated well with the flour.
Pour sugar syrup into it and make a smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts balls.
Roll the ball with the roller pin about 8-9 cm diameter.
Cut it with the  knife in a diamond shape.
Heat oil on medium to high heat.
Now add cut shakarpare in the hot oil.
Fry them till they are brown in color.
When they reach that color remove them.
