Take all the veggies and chop into small pieces.
Add sattu flour and gram flour to a mixing bowl.
Now add water and make a smooth batter.
After that, add salt, turmeric, garam masala, and ajwain seeds.
Now add all the chopped vegetables and herbs.
Mix all the ingredients well, and the batter is ready.
Heat tawa on medium heat and sprinkle some oil on it.
Pour the batter with a spoon into the middle of the tawa.
Now spread the batter into a round circle and pour the oil all over its edges.
After a minute, turn it to the other side and pour oil to the edges this side too.
Cook it a minute this side or until golden crunchy flakes come.
When the golden flakes comes on the chilla remove it.
Repeat the same process to the rest batter.
