Add 1 cup of wheat flour to a platter or mixing bowl.
Pour water and knead it into a soft and smooth dough.
When the dough is ready, divide it into 3 equal parts.
Take one ball, dust some flour, and roll it into a roti aprroximately 6 to 7 inches.
Heat the tawa on medium to high heat.
When it is heated, place the rolled roti on it.
After a minute, flip it from the other side.
Cook for a minute on the other side too.
Now remove the tawa and cook it directly on the flame, till it has golden flakes.
Repeat the same process for the other dough balls.
Now take the rotis and break them into pieces.
Add all the pieces into a blender or food processor.
Blend until it's like breadcrumbs.
Remove them into a platter or a bowl.
Add jaggery and ghee to it.
Mix them with your palms till they combine well.
Garnish with chopped almonds before serving.
