This raw mango chutney recipe is a quick and easy accompaniment that adds a delicious sweet, spicy, and tangy kick to every bite- made with fresh green mangoes and simple spices.

- 2 raw mangoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried mint powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 3-4 tbsp jaggery/sugar
Peel the raw mangoes and onions, then wash them in clean water and chop them into small pieces.
Now add them to a blender jar with all the other ingredients.
Then blend all until smooth.
Serve with roti and paratha.
- Use fresh raw mangoes for the best flavour.
- Instead of powder, you can use fresh herbs.
- You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- In place of jaggery, you can use sugar.
