Raw Mango Chutney Recipe - Instant Summer Favourite

This raw mango chutney recipe is a quick and easy accompaniment that adds a delicious sweet, spicy, and tangy kick to every bite- made with fresh green mangoes and simple spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried mint powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 3-4 tbsp jaggery/sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the raw mangoes and onions, then wash them in clean water and chop them into small pieces.
  • Now add them to a blender jar with all the other ingredients.
  • Then blend all until smooth.
  • Serve with roti and paratha.

Notes

  • Use fresh raw mangoes for the best flavour.
  • Instead of powder, you can use fresh herbs.
  • You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • In place of jaggery, you can use sugar.
