Onion Pakoda
Onion pakoda is a popular snack prepared with loads of onion, gram flour, spices, and herbs. It's a healthy and gluten-free appetizer that is made with just a little effort.

- 4-5 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped corinader leaves
- ½ cup gram flour
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp water
- oil for frying
Take the onions peel and chop them in thinly slices.
Add coriander leaves, green chili, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and gram flour.
Add some water and mix well.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the batter in a particular shape one by one.
Fry them from both sides till they are golden and brown.
When they are brown remove them with spatula.
Place them on kitchen paper towel so it absorbs the extra oil.
Serve them hot.
