Take flour in a bowl and mix with ghee.
Add water and knead it into soft and smooth dough.
Leave it for 10 minutes.
Take radish and grate it with a grater.
Squeeze excess water from it.
Add chopped coriander leaves and green chili.
Add spices: coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Make 2 dough balls of equal size.
Rollthem in a small round roti.
Add 1 tsp of filling on it and grease ghee all over its edges.
Cover them with another same rolled roti.
Now roll it into 7 to 8 inch roti carefully.
Heat the tawa on medium heat.
Place rolled paratha on it.
Flip it and pour ghee on it and over its edges.
Then repeat the same on another side. Roast it till brown bubble appears.
When brown bubbles come it's ready to serve.
