Meethi Mathari

For Dough
- 1 cup fine flour (maida)
 - 2 tbsp ghee
 - water for kneading dough
 
For Stuffing
- 250 gm khoya
 - 2 tbsp grated dry coconut
 - 2 tbsp chopped almonds & cashews
 - 2 tbsp chopped lotus seeds (makhana)
 - 1 cup  white sugar powder
 - oil for frying
 
 
Take fine flour in a parat and add warm ghee to it, then mix well.
Now add water and knead it into tight dough.
Prepare stuffing by chopping all the nuts.
Then in khoya add white sugar powder and chopped nuts. Mix them well and the filling is ready.
After that make small balls from the dough. Then take one ball and roll it in 3-inch diameter.
Place 1 teaspoon filling in the middle of mathari. Then close the edges of it with applying some water.
Now again roll it in 2-inch diameter.
Heat oil in a kadai and add rolled mathari to it.
Fry them by flipping from both sides till light golden.
When the mathari are light golden remove them with spatula.
