- 2 cups roasted black chickpeas
- 4-5 tbsp ghee
- ½ cup jaggery
Take all the roasted chickpeas into a grinder.
Blend to make a smooth flour.
Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a kadai on medium heat.
Now add flour to the heated ghee and roast it till golden.
When it's golden, turn off the flame and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Now add jaggery and 2 tbsp of ghee.
Mix all the ingredients well so that the ghee and jaggery combine well with the flour.
Now, grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into ladoos.
Serve ladoo as a snack with a cup of warm milk.

- Roast the sattu on low to medium heat to avoid browning.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more ghee.
- The mixture should be slightly warm to make shaping easier.
