Easy corn chaat recipe
This simple and easy corn chaat recipe is a flavorful and delicious. The corn is tossed up with chopped tomato, onion, and green chili. Herbs are added, and it is flavored with chaat masala and lemon juice.

- 2 Sweet corn
- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp salt
First take two sweet corns. Peel their skin and remove all the kernels with knife or your hands.
Now boil them with adding salt and enough water on medium heat until they are soft tender.
When they are soft drain them in colander and let them cool down.
Now add them to a mixing bowl and sprinkle chaat masala.
Add all the veggies & herbs tomato, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
Mix them well .
Now squeeze a lemon on it.
Now tossed up all together. Serve them in a serving bowl.
- Use fresh corn for this chaat recipe for a better taste. But if you don't have fresh corns frozen corns also work well.
- Serve this chaat immediately after preparation. It is best to eat fresh.
