Easy corn chaat recipe

This simple and easy corn chaat recipe is a flavorful and delicious. The corn is tossed up with chopped tomato, onion, and green chili. Herbs are added, and it is flavored with chaat masala and lemon juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sweet corn
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • First take two sweet corns. Peel their skin and remove all the kernels with knife or your hands.
  • Now boil them with adding salt and enough water on medium heat until they are soft tender.
  • When they are soft drain them in colander and let them cool down.
  • Now add them to a mixing bowl and sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Add all the veggies & herbs tomato, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix them well .
  • Now squeeze a lemon on it.
  • Now tossed up all together. Serve them in a serving bowl.

Notes

  • Use fresh corn for this chaat recipe for a better taste. But if you don't have fresh corns frozen corns also work well.
  • Serve this chaat immediately after preparation. It is best to eat fresh.
