- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3-4 ice cubes
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
First, take 2 ripe bananas, peel and chop them, then add to a blender.
Now add 2 cups of chilled milk and one tbsp of sugar to it. I add dairy milk here. Coconut milk, vegan milk, and rice milk can also be added. You can add some ice cubes also. Now blend them until smooth and forthy.
When the shake has a smooth texture, it is ready to serve. If your shake has a thick consistency, add more milk to it and blend again.
Now pour into the large glasses with a pinch of cinnamon powder.
-
- Bananas- I use ripe bananas here. Avoid using raw and green bananas, they are hard to blend. Overripe and brown shade bananas also work well here.
- Milk- Daily milk, coconut milk, rice milk, and vegan milk are good to work well in this recipe. I use homemade milk here because I like it most, instead of other milks.
- Sugar- White sugar brown sugar both can be added. I add white sugar here. if you are sugar conscious instead of sugar dates and fig work well for this recipe.
- Flavoring- Cinnamon and cardamom powder are best for flavoring at the time of serving. But when you blend the shake, you can add it there. Vanilla extract is also good for flavoring. This is optional. I don't like to add it to my shake.
- Nuts- Almond, cashews, dates, and figs is a good option if you need a healthier shake, but you have to soak them for hours. They give an extra flavor to your shakes. If you make it quicker, then skip them.
