Dates Ladoo Without Sugar (Healthy Traditional Sweet)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup dry coconut
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seed from dates and add them to a blender.
  • Blend them into a coarse texture.
  • Roughly chop all the nuts.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan with chopped nuts.
  • Cook them till aromatic.
  • Now add coarse dates and cook for few minutes.
  • When it combines with the nuts, turn off the flame.
  • Let it slightly warm and shape ladoos.

Notes

  • Use mejdoor dates for this recipe.
  • Roast the nuts on medium heat.
  • Use caradmom powder for the flavoring.
  • Do not overcook the mixture when it melts and is mixed; turn off the flame.
  • When the mixture is warm, shape ladoos.
