- 2 cups dates
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup dry coconut
- 1 tbsp raisins
Remove the seed from dates and add them to a blender.
Blend them into a coarse texture.
Roughly chop all the nuts.
Heat the ghee in a pan with chopped nuts.
Cook them till aromatic.
Now add coarse dates and cook for few minutes.
When it combines with the nuts, turn off the flame.
Let it slightly warm and shape ladoos.

- Roast the nuts on medium heat.
- Use caradmom powder for the flavoring.
- Do not overcook the mixture when it melts and is mixed; turn off the flame.
