About

Hi, I’m Vaishali Saini, the creator behind this little food blog – Flavour with Fun.

Cooking has always been more than just preparing meals for me – it’s my comfort, my therapy, and my way of expressing love. What started as a personal passion slowly turned into a journey of sharing simple, homely recipes with others.

Why I Started This Food Blog

Life has not always been easy for me. I am a B.Com graduate, and over the past several years, life has brought many health challenges that deeply affected my studies and confidence. There were moments filled with self-doubt, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future. No hope of survival, and I felt there would be good things in life someday, or not!

But through that phase, I discovered my strength – in spirituality, in family, and most importantly, in myself. That’s how I found my way back. Instead of giving up, I decided to build something meaningful. This food blog became that new beginning – a space where I could create, grow, and share, and that’s how this blog was born.

How My Cooking Journey Began

Since childhood, I watched my mother cook with so much love, care, and dedication. She is still my biggest inspiration and one of the best cooks I have ever known. I learned the basics of Indian home cooking from her, and over time, I experimented with my own variations.

Cooking makes me feel alive, focused, and peaceful. It brings joy not only to me but also to the people I serve. I love creating simple, comforting Indian recipes that anyone can make – even beginners.
