Masala chai is one of the beloved drink with which every Indian can relate easily. No matter what the season is chai is the evergreen here but winters are especially made for this masala chai.
1 cup water1 cup milk1 tsp black tea1/2 inch ginger2 black pepper2 cloves2 green cardamom1 inch cinnamon2 tsp white sugar/brown sugar
INGREDIENTS
Take all the spices : black pepper, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger in a mortal. Make a fine powder of them.
STEP 1
Boil one cup water in pan with adding the powder of spices and black tea.
STEP 2
When it comes to a rolling boil add one cup milk and sugar to it and simmer it on low to medium heat.
STEP 3
When it simmered 2 to 3 times and reach the perfect color turn off the flame.
STEP 4
At last pour the tea in serving cups hot with biscuit and any snack.
