Try This Perfect, Soft, and Crunchy Onion Pakora

Onion pakora is a crunchy and soft pakora combination of sweet and salt taste together. It is good to serve as breakfast and tea time snack.

Ingredients

4-5 medium sized onion, thinly chopped 2 green chili, finely chopped 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup gram flour 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp water oil for frying

Step-1

Peel and chop the onion in thinly slices. Finely chop the coriander leaves and green chili too.

Add the gram flour and all  spices with 1 tbsp of water. Mix all well.

Heat oil in kadai add one by one spiced pakora in particular shape. Fry them.

Step-4

Fry them till they are golden color from both sides. When they reach the color remove them.
