Til ladoo is must have delicious sweet during makar sankranti enjoying warmth and sweetness together on this occasion.

White sesame seeds (Til) Jaggery (Gud) Water Ghee Cardamom powder

INGREDIENTS

Roast sesame seeds dry in a pan/kadai on low flame until aromatic. Let them cool.

STEP 1

In the kadai take jaggery with water and ghee until dissolves properly. Cook till jaggery syrup reached soft ball stage.

STEP 2

When the jaggery syrup is little warm mix roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder.

STEP 3

Grease your palms with water/oil and shape the mixture in round ladoos.

STEP 4

Serve this til ladoo during makar sankranti and store in an air-tight container for 5-7 days.
