Craving for aloo samosa! Want to make it healthy try this version flaky outside , spicy potato inside easy to prepare at home.

Oil
Salt
Ajwain
Water
Boiled potatoes
Peas
Green chili
Garam masala

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker 3-4 whistles. When they boiled peel them off.

Mash the potatoes add all spices, herbs, and peas. Fry them in pan for few minutes.

Add fine flour, oil, salt, ajwain, and water in a bowl. Prepare a stiff dough and leave it for 20-30 minutes.

Take a doughball, make cone shape. Put filling inside and seal edges tight.

Heat oil in pan and fry the samosa on low to medium flame till deep golden.
