Suji (Rava) Oil Cumin seeds Urad dal Chana dal Dried red chili Onion Tomato Green chilies Water Salt Ghee  

Ingredients

Roast the rava on medium heat until light & aromatic.

Step 1

Prepare tempering cumin seeds, dried chili, and dal. add onion, tomato & suate.

Step 2

Add water and boil it. Then slowly add suji. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. 

Step 3

Cook till suji absorbs the water. Serve hot this soft, fluffy & non-stick upma.
