Sabudana Kheer  Rich & Creamy Vrat Dessert

A quick homestyle sabudana kheer (sago kheer) recipe is perfect for fasting days & festivals.

1/2 cup sabudana 2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup sugar/jaggery 2 tbsp grated dry coconut 1 tbsp chopped almonds 1/2 tsp cardamom powdder

Ingredients

Soak sabudana in water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 1

Boil milk & add soaked sabudana. Cook until soft & creamy.

Step 2

Add grated coconut, almonds, and cardamom powder.

Step 3

Add white sugar/jaggery to it and cook till it dissolves.

Step 4

Serve it hot or warm garnished with dry fruits.
