Easy Sarso ka Saag Winter Special Recipe

A traditional Punjabi winter dish prepare from mustard greens and spices, slowly cooked for rich taste and nutrition.
Sarso leaves
Spinach & bathua
Green chilies
Makki aata
Ghee
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Salt
Ingredients
Wash mustard green, spinach, and green chilies. Boil all them until soft with some water on medium heat.
Step 1
Blend all boiled greens coarsely. Beside in a bowl make makki aata batter with adding some water.
Step 2
Heat ghee, ginger, onion, garlic add blended green with spices and aata batter. Cook on low flame until thick and aromatic.
Step 3
Serve it hot with makki ki roti, white butter, curd, and jaggery.
Perfect winter comfort food.
