Methi Paratha Healthy Winter Breakfast You'll Love

Soft and flavorful methi paratha prepare with fresh fenugreek leaves. A heathy breakfast packed with fibre and iron is good for busy mornings.

1 cup wheat flour 1 cup boiled fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) 2 green chili (chopped) 2 tsp salt water for kneading ghee for roasting

Ingredients

Remove the stems of fenugreek leaves and boil them on medium heat till 2 whistles. When boiled squeeze excess water.

Step 1

Take flour and boiled fenugreek leaves, knead them with water into soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.  

Step 2

Make dough ball and roll them in bigger roti. Roast it with ghee on tawa till they are golden and crisp.

Step 3

 Serve these parathas in breakfast hot with curd, butter, pickle, and cup of masala tea.
